Today, on 05/03/2025, Taungya organized a free livestock vaccination campaign and distribution of free medications under the PRLC project in Chigon Mondira Sora and Shilsori Talukder Para areas of Moidong Union. The campaign was conducted under the supervision of Mr. Arun Chan Chakma from the Jurosori Livestock Office.
Despite being remote areas with limited access, the local residents brought their domesticated animals to receive vaccinations and medications. In addition to the vaccinations, vital advice on livestock health was also provided. This initiative facilitated a strong connection between the community and the representatives from the Livestock Office, encouraging residents to utilize various government-provided services regularly.
The residents were delighted to have the opportunity to get their livestock vaccinated right at their doorstep. They expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Taungya, MJF, and the EU for this invaluable support and look forward to continued assistance in the future.
